How long does a full enterprise engagement take?

The CEO session takes 1-2 weeks including prework. Organization sessions run 2-4 weeks. Refinement takes 1 week. Kickoff to Company ULTRAGOAL is typically 6-8 weeks. The quarterly operating rhythm then runs continuously.

Does this replace our OKR system?

No. ULTRAGOALS sits above OKRs. It sets the north star and identity-level alignment. OKRs handle quarterly execution. The Company ULTRAGOAL informs the annual OKR cycle. Each pillar becomes a parent objective in your existing system.

Will people actually be honest?

Personal sessions are fully private. Only an anonymized theme tag surfaces to leadership, and only with opt-in consent. Minimum cohort of 10 before any theme appears. The employee owns their personal data. Explicit in the enterprise agreement.

What if participation is low?

Non-completion is its own signal. The dashboard shows participation gaps by department. If engineering is at 30%, that tells you something before any alignment score does.
