How it works
Each member completes a personal ULTRAGOALS session. This can happen at a chapter event, during a meeting, or on their own time. The session is fully private. Only anonymized themes surface to chapter leadership.
The chapter chair sees an aggregate dashboard: dominant themes, category distribution, trending topics, participation rates. No individual data. Only patterns. When 40% of a chapter is navigating succession and legacy, the next quarter’s learning calendar writes itself.
Based on aggregate themes, the system generates specific recommendations: speaker topics, workshop themes, discussion prompts, and resource suggestions tailored to what members are actually working through. The chapter stops guessing and starts responding to real needs.
Once a year, the chapter runs a collective session to set its own north star: “What is this chapter’s ULTRAGOAL for the next 12 months?” Salomon facilitates. The output: one Chapter ULTRAGOAL with a 90-day plan. The chair becomes a leader with a direction, not an administrator with a to-do list.
