Who we are

ULTRAGOALS is a personal development platform created by Salomon Sacal, operated from Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use myultragoal.com.

What we collect

When you use the ULTRAGOALS worksheet, we collect:

Your first name and email address
Your ULTRAGOAL statement and 90-day action plan
Your conversation with the ULTRAGOALS coach (messages you send and responses you receive)
Whether you consent to anonymous community wall display
The date and time of your session
Device type, screen size, timezone, and referral source
Session engagement signals (message count, session duration)

When you submit the Book Salomon form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, and enquiry details.

How we use your information

To deliver your ULTRAGOAL and 90-day plan to your inbox
To send check-in emails at 30, 60, and 90 days
To display your ULTRAGOAL anonymously on the community wall (only if opted in)
To notify Salomon Sacal of new session completions
To respond to speaking, coaching, or advisory enquiries

Your conversation with the ULTRAGOALS coach is stored securely and used to improve coach quality and for anonymized research. It is never sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion at any time.

We may use anonymized, aggregate session data in insight reports for organizations (such as event hosts or corporate partners). These reports never contain names, emails, or any information that could identify an individual. A minimum group size of 10 is required before any aggregate data is reported.

We track whether check-in emails are opened to improve follow-up timing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI coaching

The ULTRAGOALS coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your conversation is processed by Anthropic's systems to generate responses. We store your conversation securely on our own infrastructure so we can improve coach quality and produce anonymized research insights. Anthropic does not train on your conversation. The ULTRAGOALS coach is an AI tool for personal development only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Data is stored on servers in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your information, including your full conversation transcript
Opt out of check-in emails at any time via unsubscribe
Withdraw consent for community wall display

Australian Privacy Act
