The experience

The audience scans a QR code and begins their ULTRAGOALS-coached session on their own device. Full privacy. The coach guides each person through excavating their challenge, naming their fear, reframing, and setting their ULTRAGOAL with a 48-hour first step and a 90-day plan. In 15 minutes, the room goes from audience to participants.
As sessions complete, anonymized themes display on the main screen in real time. This is not a word cloud. This is convergence. The audience realizes the fear they carried into the room — the one they thought was uniquely theirs — is shared by the person sitting next to them.
