Two wins. One session.
Every member leaves with their personal ULTRAGOAL, a 48-hour first step, and a 90-day plan with milestones. Personalized follow-up emails at Day 3, 30, 60, and 90. This is not a survey they fill out for someone else. It is a goal they keep for themselves.
From those same sessions, chapter leadership sees what the collective is actually navigating — anonymized themes, category patterns, and a north star the whole chapter helped reveal. Individual value and organizational insight from one experience.
How it works
Each member completes a personal ULTRAGOALS session. This can happen at a chapter event, during a meeting, or on their own time. The session is fully private. Only anonymized themes surface to chapter leadership.
The chapter chair sees an aggregate dashboard: dominant themes, category distribution, trending topics, participation rates. No individual data. Only patterns. When 40% of a chapter is navigating succession and legacy, the next quarter's learning calendar writes itself.
On request, we turn the aggregate themes into specific recommendations: speaker topics, workshop themes, discussion prompts, and resource suggestions tailored to what members are actually working through. The chapter stops guessing and starts responding to real needs.
Once a year, the chapter runs a collective session to set its own north star: "What is this chapter's ULTRAGOAL for the next 12 months?" Salomon facilitates. The output: one Chapter ULTRAGOAL with a 90-day plan. The chair becomes a leader with a direction, not an administrator with a to-do list.
Chapter leadership sees aggregate data in real time through a live dashboard — the same tool used during conferences.

If members re-run sessions annually, chapter leadership can track trajectory over time. Most surveys give you a snapshot. ULTRAGOALS provides a trajectory.
Example insight: "Last year 60% of your members were navigating growth challenges. This year it shifted to succession and legacy. Your chapter is aging into a different phase — and your learning events should evolve with it."
Community
On request, when two or more members set ULTRAGOALs around the same theme, we surface it anonymously. The chapter chair facilitates introductions only with explicit consent.
This extends the Forum model with data — without breaking the confidentiality that makes Forums sacred. Strictly opt-in. No individual data is ever shared without permission.
For the chair
Dominant themes, category breakdown, trending topics, and participation rates. Updated as members complete sessions. No individual data surfaces.
On request: speaker topics, workshop themes, and discussion prompts drawn from what your members are actually navigating. Not guesswork.
A facilitated workshop that produces one north star for the chapter with a 90-day execution plan. The chair leads with direction, not logistics.
On request: anonymous theme-overlap reports that let the chair connect members navigating similar challenges. Opt-in only. Extends Forum with data.
